Asked in Games & Recreation Video & Online Games 10 years ago How do I join a server in Garry's Mod using the IP adress? I've tried to look everywhere but I still don't know how to do it. Its most likely because you are not a prenium Steam/Team Fortress 2 user. The least amount of money you can add is $5. If you dont know how to, search on Youtube.After you've added money, press Shift and Tab at the same time, in the bottom right corner, click on 'View all friends' Then, click on 'add friend' Type in you friend's name, and voila!

For some reason I cannot connect to my friend's gmod server and any other person can. When I try to connect I get 'Connecting to sever' it loads 2 bars then it says 'failed to connect after 4 retries' I've tried reinstalling garrys mod, reseting my modem, restarting my computer, verifying the integrity of garrys mod, trying to join through legacy browser and trying to join directly off of my friend. I can join ANY other server but his for whatever reason thanks in advance |
